Services
Steam Cleaning
We offer carpet, rug, mattress and upholstery cleaning services. Leather couch cleaning is also available.
Grease, Dirt & Stain Treatment
We can remove dirt, grease and sticky substances like blue tack or gum from carpets, rugs and upholstery using various types of solvent. Stains can be treated through various processes, but removal of the stain entirely cannot be guaranteed. If you have a recent spill or stain issue please call us for advice. Treating the stain when still fresh is essential.
Post-Clean Neutralising, Deodorizing and Sanitizing
Neutralising the pH of the pile or fabric after steam cleaning is essential. This process prevents the pile or fabric from attracting dirt. Deodorising will leave carpets, rugs, mattress or upholstery smelling fresh, and sanitizing will eliminate potential bacteria.
Pest Control
We offer a pest control service targetting ants, fleas, cockroaches, silverfish and carpet beetle. Rodent bait traps are also available.

Step By Step Cleaning Process
See below for a checklist and step by step guide we follow
in cleaning various items.
Carpet Cleaning Steps
On arrival the technician will:
1) Discuss the job with you and all issues relating to the clean.
2) Analyse the carpet and determine the pile composition.
3) Pre-clean vacuum if required.
4) Inspect for marks, stains or damage to the carpet. Apply relevant spot-cleaning solutions to affected areas.
5) Apply a pre-spray to the carpet pile. The detergent emulsifies and encapsulates the dirt.
6) Clean carpets using steam cleaning method.
7) Post-clean neutralising, deodorising and sanitising.
8) Groom the carpet with a carpet rake, removing cleaning marks in the pile and straightening the carpet fibres. This helps the carpets
dry faster.
Leave carpets to dry for at least 6-8 hours before walking on them. The longer the better. Turn air-con on cool setting and turn on fans on to help with air circulation.
While we are here cleaning your carpets, we can clean indoor mats free of charge!
Rug Cleaning Steps
On arrival the technician will:
1) Discuss the job with you and all issues relating to the clean.
2) Analyse the rug and determine composition of the pile.
3) Vacuum the rug. Shag pile rugs often need to be taken outside to be agitated beforehand. The amount of dirt and particles trapped by the long fibres of a shag pile rug is extensive. Vacuuming alone does not remove these particles.
4) Inspect for marks, stains or damage to the rug. Apply relevant spot-cleaning solutions to affected areas.
5) Appy pre-spray.
6) Clean rugs using steam cleaning method.
7) Post clean neutralising, deodorising and sanitising.
8) Groom the rug with a carpet rake. This will eradicate cleaning marks in the pile and straighten the fibres. This will help the rugs dry faster.
9) The technician will check to see whether moisture has wicked through the pile and rug backing. If there is moisture present the rug will be elevated from the floor to ensure that there is airflow to ensure the rug dries on both sides.
Leave rugs to dry for at least 6 hours before walking on them. Turn air-con on cool setting and turn on fans.
Upholstery and Mattress Cleaning Steps
On arrival the technician will:
1) Discuss the job with you and all issues relating to the clean.
2) Analyse the upholstery and determine the nature of the fabric.
3) Remove cushions and vacuum everything.
4) Inspect for marks, stains or damage to the upholstery./mattress. Apply relevant spot-cleaning solutions to affected areas.
5) Apply pre-spray.
6) Clean upholstery/mattress using steam cleaning method.
7) Post clean neutralising, deodorising and sanitising.
8) Napping the upholstery to remove cleaning marks.
Let upholstery dry for at least 6 hours before replacing cushions. Turn air-con on cool setting and turn on fans.
